Process
First, we review your exact needs during a comprehensive in-home assessment. When necessary, we also consult with physician(s), social workers, hospitals, or nursing home staff.

Next, working in conjunction with the client and their family, we develop an individualized care plan to manage daily needs. We then match experience and personality to the best possible caregiver and personally introduce each caregiver to our clients during the first home visit.

After the caregiver has been placed in the home, we continue our high level of personalized care through telephone check-ins and home visits. We continually communicate with the caregiver and, most importantly, our client.

After Hours
If you call after-hours, you will reach a member of the Care Matters staff – we do not use answering machines or answering services. Someone is always available to take your call. If we are on another line and you reach our voice mail,  we will call you back immediately.

Long Distance Caregiving

Everyday, Care Matters assists families separated by distance and arrange homecare for their loved ones located in our service areas. We will meet with your loved one and develop a care plan that best meets their needs. We will help you locate and coordinate with local services to aide your loved one and meet the challenges of their everyday life.

Areas served
We serve Muscogee, Harris, Chattahoochee and Talbot counties in Georgia; Lee and Russell counties in Alabama.

Payment
