Mary’s Pop-ins, a division of Care Matters, provides personal one-on-one child care in your home. We understand the struggles that many families are faced with today. Whether you are working long hours, taking care of aging parents as well as children, or feel there is just not enough of you to go around, Mary’s Pop-ins can help relieve some of the stress and worry created by our hectic lifestyles. Our mission is to be actively engaged with your children while they are in our care, and not just a warm body in the home. Our goal is to give the parents the peace of mind that their children are being well cared for in their absence so they can carry on with their plans worry free. We are eager to provide the personalized care and attention you and your children need.

Our Nannies
Our nannies are friendly, experienced, educated, caring individuals. All of our employees have completed our comprehensive screening process to include criminal, abuse & neglect background checks, drug screening, driving record checks, have valid auto insurance, and are bonded & insured. In addition to their previous exceptional childcare references, our nannies are CPR & First Aid certified. As a Mary’s Pop-ins employee our nannies go through a thorough orientation with the director of services. They are informed of and agree to follow the policies and procedures of Mary’s Pop-ins and our rules for working in our client’s homes. Our staff also receives continuous training and education that enables them to provide the best care in a confident, intelligent, and informed manner.

Flexible Staffing
We are flexible in our scheduling allowing families to tailor our services to meet their needs. Our nannies are available 24/7 and on holidays. You also have flexibility on how often you use our services. Whether you need a babysitter for date night or daily care with a nanny, Mary’s Pop-ins is here to help. How does our service work?
If you are interested in starting service you may schedule an in-home assessment with the Director of Services. During this consultation the Director of Services will gather information concerning your parenting styles, rules & routines of the household, and specific information concerning each child to develop individualized care plans. The initial selection of the nanny is made by the director of services and is based on the skills needed and appropriate personality fit for the family. One of the benefits of going through an agency is that if your caregiver has to call out sick or has an appointment then we can offer you the option of sending someone in her place so that you are able to continue with your plans.
