You Are In Charge
At Care Matters, we know that it isn’t easy to invite a caregiver into your home to provide homecare. Our screening process is designed to alleviate your worries and provide peace of mind. You are in charge of the care you or your family member will receive. Because we are a non-medical agency and not a nursing agency, Care Matters will not dictate to you what your schedule is to be. Once services start, we implement our system of continual contact with you and your family to insure that you are receiving the care you expect and deserve.
We Hire Experience
You deserve to have a caregiver experienced in providing the specific care to meet your needs. Our caregivers have a strong employment history of caring for seniors. Over 90% of our caregivers are Certified Nursing Assistants. The director of services carefully selects a caregiver with the experience and personality best suited to your personal needs. Through continuing education, mentoring and monitoring of our caregivers, Care Matters has developed a staff that is confident and highly skilled in their profession.
Character Counts
From the beginning, the goal of Care Matters is to provide intelligent, compassionate and quality-driven care. In addition to finding individuals who demonstrate the knowledge and experience that enables them to provide excellent care, we look for those who posses the intangible trait of character. Care Matters believes that to be a caregiver is a personal calling. When hiring, we look for those individuals who have a compassionate heart and a passion for caring for others.
Peace of Mind
Our philosophy of homecare is to never compromise on providing high-quality services to your family. At Care Matters, each new caregiver is subjected to a comprehensive screening process. Each caregiver must have clean references and background checks (criminal, abuse, neglect, driving), and are required to pass random drug screening.
Care Matters’ caregivers are insured, bonded and licensed for your protection. Each caregiver is closely monitored through telephone check-ins, home visits, and discussion of care records. |
